The Hiring Manager or Talent Acquisition Manager will conduct a quick interview over the phone. This is a simple way for us to get to know you a little better and confirm the details in your resume. We’ll talk to you about your previous experiences and why you’d like to work here.
Pending a successful phone interview, you’ll be invited to attend a face-to-face interview with the Hiring Manager and other members of management. Depending on the role, there may be more than one interview. We’ll let you know the time and place for your interview and confirm all the details via email.
Reference and background checks are an essential component of our recruitment process to verify your suitability to join our team. After interviews and before we offer you the position we’ll ask you to provide contact details of two recent employment referees. Depending on the position you’re applying for we may also perform a Police Check.
